Seminar Hours: Automotive Plastic Part Design 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (registration starts at 8:00 a.m. on first day)

Registration Information:
Registration fees must be paid in advance of the event. The fee includes attendance to all sessions and all reference material. Your seminar materials and credentials will be prepared and waiting for you at the registration area. Attendance may be limited and only prepaid registrants will be guaranteed access to the event. ON-SITE REGISTRANTS, with payment, will be admitted on a space-available basis.

Register by mail: Print and mail the completed registration form with credit card information or check or Corporate PO (Purchase Order) to: ETS, Inc., Accounting, PO Box 7747, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302-7747. Make checks payable to ETS, Inc. Payment must be included to process registration. ALL REGISTRATIONS BY MAIL MUST BE SENT BY OR BEFORE EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE. ALL REGISTRATIONS AFTER EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE MUST BE MADE BY PHONE OR INTERNET.

Group Discount: Three or more participants from the same organization registered and paying together and attending the same seminar are entitled to a $200 reduced fee per attendant for open enrollment seminars.

Cancellations: If you must cancel, call ETS at (248) 539-0473. You may cancel your registration for a full refund up to 21 days prior to the seminar. Cancellations received after the early registration deadline are subject to a $150 service charge. Registrants who fail to attend or who cancel within two weeks of the course are liable for the entire fee. You may enroll a substitute at any time before the course starts.

Tax Deduction: An income tax deduction may be allowed for expenses (including travel, meals and lodging) of education undertaken to maintain and improve professional skills (see Treasury Reg. Sec. 1.162-5; Coughlin v. Commissioner, 203 F.2d 307). Participants should consult a tax advisor for specifics.

Method of Payment: All checks should be made payable to ETS in U.S. funds. Registration and payment must be made before the event date to guarantee admittance. If payment has not been received prior to event date, you will be asked to guarantee payment against an American Express, Visa or Mastercard credit card (or provide a corporate or personal check, money order, or traveler's check). We suggest if your payment has not been mailed to ETS at least 2 weeks prior to the event that you plan to pay on-site. You can also register by phone using your Mastercard or Visa credit card. Note: Course registrations can not be processed without full payment.

Educator/Student Registration: Educational discounts are available to qualified full-time faculty or full-time students for many events. To take advantage of these discounts, educators and students must respond in writing with verification of full-time college or university status. NO PHONE OR WEBSITE REGISTRATIONS, PLEASE. Overnight Accommodations: The confirmation letter will include a list of hotels within a few minutes drive from the venue, along with directions. Attendees are responsible for making hotel reservations.
