Seminar Overview

ChatETS is the AI answer engine grounded in 41 years of ETS failure data — and, optionally, your own specifications, test reports, and datasheets. Every answer cites its source: document title, page, and relevance score. This two-day hands-on workshop turns your engineers from occasional users into fluent operators.

Day one covers the core skill: asking engineering questions the way the engine wants them — “Why did my snap-fit fail after 50K cycles?” — and reading, verifying, and challenging cited answers. The eight specialist modes (Ask, Research, Design, Materials, Analysis, Manufacturing, Orchestrate, Reason) are worked through real workflows, tier by tier.

Day two is integration: connecting your organization's document set for cited RAG answers, running the built-in calculators and analysis tools from chat, working the eight PPAP elements with rules-driven validation, and setting up teams, permissions, and audit trails. Attendees leave with their own workspace configured and a working pilot scoped.

Ideal Learner

  • Design, materials, process, and quality engineers who will use ChatETS daily
  • Engineering managers evaluating AI tooling for their teams
  • PPAP, quality, and compliance staff who need validated, cited engineering answers
  • IT and knowledge-management staff who will connect and govern the document corpus
  • Organizations standardizing on AI-assisted engineering with audit requirements

Learning Objectives

  • Formulate engineering questions that produce cited, verifiable answers
  • Work the eight specialist modes across real design and failure workflows
  • Ground the engine in your organization's own specs, reports, and datasheets
  • Run engineering calculators and analysis jobs directly from chat
  • Execute the eight built-in PPAP elements with rules-driven validation
  • Configure teams, roles, and audit trails for your organization

Consulting Sessions

Seminar attendees can sign up for individual consulting sessions with the instructor. Sessions are free for registered attendees, first-come first-served — sign up when registering by calling 248-539-0473 or during the seminar.
