Registration Information:
Registration fees must be paid in advance of the event. The fee includes attendance to all sessions and all reference material. Your seminar materials and credentials will be prepared and waiting for you at the registration area. Attendance may be limited and only prepaid registrants will be guaranteed access to the event. ON-SITE REGISTRANTS, with payment, will be admitted on a space-available basis.

Make checks payable to ETS, Inc. Payment must be included to process registration. MAIL ALL REGISTRATIONS AT LEAST BY NOVEMBER 7 FOR DECEMBER OFFERING. ALL REGISTRATIONS AFTER NOVEMBER 7 FOR DECEMBER OFFERING MUST BE MADE BY PHONE OR INTERNET.

Group Discount: Three or more participants from the same organization registered together and attending the same seminar are entitled to a $100 reduced fee per attendant for Automotive Plastics Part Design seminar.

Cancellations: If you must cancel, call ETS at (248) 539-0473. You may cancel your registration for a full refund up to 21 days prior to the seminar. Cancellations received after November 7 for December offering offering are subject to a $100 service charge. Registrants who fail to attend or who cancel after November 14 for December offering are liable for the entire fee. You may enroll a substitute at any time before the course starts.

Tax Deduction: An income tax deduction may be allowed for expenses (including travel, meals and lodging) of education undertaken to maintain and improve professional skills (see Treasury Reg. Sec. 1.162-5; Coughlin v. Commissioner, 203 F.2d 307). Participants should consult a tax advisor for specifics.

Method of Payment: All checks should be made payable to ETS in U.S. funds. Registration and payment must be made before the event date to guarantee admittance. If payment has not been received prior to event date, you will be asked to guarantee payment against an American Express, Visa or Mastercard credit card (or provide a corporate or personal check, money order, or traveler's check). We suggest if your payment has not been mailed to ETS at least 2 weeks prior to the event that you plan to pay on-site. You can also register by phone using your American Express, Mastercard or Visa credit card. Note: Course registrations can not be processed without full payment.

Educator/Student Registration: Educational discounts are available to qualified full-time faculty or full-time students for many events. Overnight Accommodations: The confirmation letter will include a list of hotels within a few minutes drive the venue, along with directions to the campus of choice. Attendees are responsible for making hotel reservations.
